Ingredients:
6 cups of Kellogs Special K Cereal
1 cup of Karo syrup (white)
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of peanut butter (smooth)
1 package of chocolate chips
1 package of butterscotch chips
Instructions
Heat Karo syrup until it almost boils. Do not actually let it boil, or the dessert will be way too tough.
Immediately take it off the heat and stir in the peanut butter.
After it has melted together, stir in the Special K.
Spray a 13x9 baking dish w/cooking spray and dispense mixture into it.
Melt chocolate & butterscotch chips together and cover the contents of the baking dish.
Place in refridgerator to allow it to cool and harden.
Note: Keep this dessert refridgerated. It is fantastic cold, with the chocolate hard. Serving it warm doesn't do it justice; those who do are ameteurs. Report them to your local baking authorities.
