Ingredients (Potatoes): 1 bag 26 oz frozen hash browns - thaw completely 2 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated 1 can cream of chicken (or celery) soup 1/4 c margarine or butter, melted (1 stick) salt & pepper - to taste 1/2 c grated onions (may used dried onion flakes) Ingredients (Topping): 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine 2 c. crushed corn flakes. Instructions Mix and pour into greased 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Add topping and bake 15 minutes longer.
